Website Hosting Services

Waltenstein Basic Hosting Package - $150.00/year, plus an initial setup fee of $30.00. The package includes all of the following, but does not include any subsequent changes to your website or email accounts, see below for Maintenance Packages.
Total Disk Storage (including website, email, etc.) 5 GB
Domain Name Registration (one domain) included
POP3 email accounts, including webmail interface (future changes not included) 10 included
Bandwidth Limitation (including all traffic, such as web, FTP, email, streaming video, etc.) 10 GB/month
FTP accounts 1 included
MySQL or PostgreSQL databases (needed for photo gallery, blog, forums, CMS, e-commerce, etc.) 1 included
Access to Raw site usage statistics (compatible with Webalizer, AWStats, etc.) included
High performance quad Opteron servers with UPS and back-up power generator included
24/7 hardware monitoring included
Mirrored storage backups included
High speed Internet backbone connection included
Initial setup of new empty email accounts (transfer of existing emails extra), DNS forwarding setup, FTP account setup included in setup fee
Hosting Package Add-ons:
Additional Domain Name - registration of one additional domain name (if available, subject to additional surcharge for names not in .com, .org, .net), and setup to forward to your main domain name. $15.00/year (plus setup time)
Backorder Additional Domain Name - attempt to register one additional domain name that is already owned by another party, if/when it becomes available, and setup to forward to your main domain name. Note that this service is not guaranteed to get you a domain name! Please contact us if you have any questions about this service. $30.00 per backorder (plus setup time), plus $15.00/year after the first year while waiting (plus Additional Domain Name fees if/when actual purchase is made)
Higher Database Limit - each additional MySQL or PostgreSQL database $25.00/year (plus setup time)
Email or FTP Changes - Any changes or requests for aliases/forwarding, new employee setup, password change, etc. after initial website setup. at normal hourly rate, as below
Spam Filtering Service - Our web server uses Postini, which requires a yearly subscription fee. $20.00/year, per email address (plus setup time)

Don't forget to add a maintenance plan (see below) to ensure that your email addresses and website content are always updated as needed for the duration of your hosting!

Website Maintenance Packages

For administrative or maintenance items which are not specifically priced above, time is billed on an hourly basis, with a 1/2 hour minimum per incident. If you feel that you're likely to be needing more than just occasional assistance, Waltenstein offers discounted rate packages for bulk purchase of administrative and maintenance services (please inquire by phone or email if you'd like to discuss these). Please note that most service requests are generally addressed quickly (usually within 24 hours), but time to completion is not guaranteed.
